汽蚀对园林加湿泵的影响

 园林加湿泵的使用环境是在有水的环境下进行的,因为工作环境的一方面会导致汽蚀的出现,水泵的工作环境是在叶轮入口处如果压力低于工作水温下的饱和压力,就会引起一部分水汽化,汽化后汽泡进入压力较高的区域时,因受压汽泡突然凝结,于是四周的液体就向此处补充,造成水力冲击,这种现象叫做汽蚀现象。
凡是腐蚀对园林加湿泵都会有影响,汽蚀也可以说是腐蚀中的一种,时间长了不处理会影响加湿泵的使用寿命。汽蚀过程是不稳定的,会引起水泵振动和噪音,同时由于汽蚀时,汽泡堵塞叶轮槽道,使流量、扬程降低、效率下降。为了避免汽蚀现象,确保园林加湿泵周围的工作环境,有个好的环境,延长它的使用寿命。
